🍳 Sunny-Side Up Eggs on Toast

2. Cook the Eggs (Sunny-Side Up):
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.

Add 1 tablespoon oil or butter and let it melt/spread evenly.

Crack the eggs into the pan gently, keeping the yolks intact.

Let the eggs cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.

If you want the tops a little more set, cover the pan with a lid for 30 seconds.

Season with salt and your favorite spices or herbs.

3. Assemble and Serve:
Gently place each egg on the prepared toast.

Serve immediately while warm.
