1/4 cup (60g) melted butter
For the cheesecake layer:
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream or plain yogurt
For the chocolate ganache topping:
1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
