Ingredients:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt
½ cup softened butter
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained (reserve ¼ cup of liquid)
2 tbsp milk
For the Glaze:

1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsp pineapple liquid (from crushed pineapple can)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt to ensure even distribution.
Cream Butter and Sugar: In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
Incorporate Eggs: Add the eggs to the butter-sugar mixture one at a time, beating well after each addition.
