Raspberry sorbet is a fresh and easy-to-make dessert, perfect for a snack or to end a meal: made with 3 ingredients, it is ready in the blink of an eye. An alternative to classic ice cream, but faster because it has no milk or cream, it is made only of frozen raspberries, lime juice and maple syrup.
To make it, simply blend all the ingredients in a blender and the raspberry sorbet is ready: our Melissa served it simply with a slice of lime and a few mint leaves, but you can serve it however you like.
