Classic Cheese Ball Recipe with Nuts & Pineapple

Instructions:

Mix the base:

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, chopped green onions, and crushed pineapple.

Mix well until fully combined and smooth.

Shape the ball:

Place the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap.

Wrap and shape it into a ball using your hands.

Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Coat with nuts:

In a shallow dish, combine the chopped pecans and walnuts.

Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the nut mixture until fully coated.

Press gently to ensure the nuts stick well.

Garnish (optional):

Decorate with whole pecans and chopped chives on top.
