1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil (or cooking spray)
Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
