Easy, one-pan dinner

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add butter (or oil) and let it melt.

  2. Add garlic and chicken.

    • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

    • Cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  3. Add vegetables.

    • Toss in zucchini, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes.

    • Sprinkle with Italian herbs and stir everything together.

  4. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but not mushy.

  5. Serve hot.

    • You can enjoy it on its own or serve over rice, pasta, or quinoa.
