Honey Butter Skillet Corn

How To Make Honey Butter Skillet Corn:

  1. Cook the Corn: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey. Once melted, add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is cooked through.
  2. Add Creaminess & Season: Add the cream cheese, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir everything together and continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
  3. Serve: Serve the skillet corn immediately while hot.

Notes

  • This recipe yields about 6 side dish servings.
  • Any brand of frozen corn will work, but using a gold and white corn blend adds great visual appeal.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheated later.
