This paste will coat the pork and create a rich, sticky glaze.
Step 3: Coat & Place in the Slow Cooker
Rub the honey-rosemary mixture all over the pork
Place sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker (they act as a rack)
Set the pork on top
Pour in ½ cup broth or cider only if your slow cooker runs dry (not always needed)
