Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Jalapeño Filling
In a mixing bowl:

Combine softened cream cheese , cheddar cheese , bacon bits , chopped jalapeños , and garlic powder .
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper .
Mix thoroughly using a spatula or fork until smooth and well combined.
Tip: Chill the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes if it’s too soft to handle.

Step 2: Separate the Onion Rings
Cut both onions into thick slices , then gently separate each slice into individual rings.Set aside the largest rings for stuffing — smaller ones can be saved for dipping or side dishes.

Step 3: Stuff the Onion Rings
Using a spoon or piping bag:

Fill the center of each onion ring generously with the jalapeño filling.
