Ingredients:

3 bay leaves (laurel)
1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers
1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus petals (jamaica)
4 cups of water
A bit of honey or stevia (optional)
Instructions:
Boil the water in a pot.
Add the bay leaves and hibiscus petals. Let them simmer for about 10 minutes
Remove from heat and add chamomile. Cover and let it steep for another 10 minutes.
