Whisk together:
Flour
Baking powder
Sugar
Salt
Ezoic
Pour in melted butter and stir until combined.
Add buttermilk and mix just until a soft dough forms — don’t overmix!
Tip: If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more flour — one spoonful at a time.
Step 4: Shape the Biscuits
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat into a round shape about 1-inch thick .
Using a biscuit cutter or glass, cut out biscuits — about 8–10 rounds .
Place them directly on top of the warm peach butter sauce in the skillet.
Step 5: Bake Until Golden & Puffed
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
Bake for 18–22 minutes , or until the biscuits are golden brown and risen high.
The peach syrup will bubble around the edges, giving the biscuits a sweet, buttery crust.
Step 6: Flip & Serve Warm
