Ingredients

  • 1 medium potato

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup cream

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 ice cube (for rapid cooling)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Potato

    • Peel and boil the potato until very soft.

    • Drain and mash until completely smooth (no lumps).

    • In a pan, mix mashed potato, milk, cream, and sugar.
