Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes per side, until pink and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables
Add sesame oil to the skillet.
Toss in the broccoli and bell peppers, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender and vibrant.
5. Combine & Finish
Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet.
Drizzle with soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and red pepper flakes.
Toss everything together and cook for 1-2 more minutes to let the flavors meld.
6. Serve
Plate over steamed jasmine or basmati rice.
