1. Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, cream cheese, cheddar, onion, celery, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and evenly blended.
2. Shape the Cheese Ball
Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Scoop the mixture into the center, then gather the edges and twist to form a compact ball.
3. Chill Until Firm
Refrigerate the wrapped cheese ball for 1–2 hours or until firm and set.
4. Serve and Garnish
Unwrap and place on a serving platter. Pair with crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies. For extra zing, drizzle with cocktail sauce just before serving.
