Set to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Cook the Meat Mixture
In a pan, cook ground beef/turkey and onion until browned.
Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
Assemble the Cups
Place one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, pressing down to form a base.
Add 1 teaspoon of ricotta, then 1 tablespoon of meat sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella.
Place a second wonton wrapper on top and repeat the layering.
Bake
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Serve & Enjoy!
Let them cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
