Ingredients (for 2 servings):
2 large eggs
2 slices of bread (your choice: white, whole wheat, etc.)
2 small lettuce leaves (optional)
1 tablespoon cooking oil or butter
Salt, to taste
Black pepper or seasoning (like chili flakes, herbs, or paprika), to taste
Instructions:
