Instructions:

Form the ground beef into patties, season with salt and pepper.

Cook the patties on a grill or stovetop over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

Add cheese to the patty in the last minute of cooking and cover to melt.

Toast the buns lightly on the grill or stovetop.

Assemble the burger with condiments and any optional toppings.
2. Chili (served in a bun)
Ingredients:

Ground beef or pork

Kidney beans (canned or dried)

Tomato sauce

Onion, diced

Garlic, minced

Chili powder, cumin, paprika

Salt and pepper
Instructions:

Brown the ground meat in a pot.

Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.

Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and paprika, and cook for another minute.
