How To Make Cream Cheese Cranberry Loaf:
Cream Butter and Cream Cheese: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a standard loaf pan. In a large bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to beat the softened butter and cream cheese together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
