Prepare the dough first.
Put the dry yeast, salt, olive oil, warm water and flour in a large bowl. Once kneaded, knead for 10 minutes on a floured work surface until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Step 2: Let the dough rise.
After oiling a salad bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel and set it aside in a warm place to double in size, which should take about an hour.
Step 3: Shape the dough. Stretch it with your hands. Divide it into three pieces, shape them into loaves and set aside for baking. Make small incisions on top and sprinkle with flour.

Bake the loaves for 30 minutes at 392°F (200°C) or until golden brown.
Step 5: Let cool before serving.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Once cooled, cut them into slices and top them with butter, jam, cheese or sauces.
