Air Fryer Poached Eggs

  1. Preheat Air Fryer & Prep: Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 3-5 minutes. Lightly coat the wells of an egg poaching tray or silicone muffin cups with oil spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare Eggs: Carefully crack one egg into each well of the poaching tray or muffin cup. Season each egg with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add Water & Cook: Carefully pour 3 tablespoons of hot water over each egg, ensuring that the water covers the egg whites but doesn’t overflow the well. Place the poaching tray or muffin cups into the preheated air fryer basket.
  4. Air Fry: Cook the eggs in the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 6-8 minutes, depending on your desired level of doneness. For softer yolks, aim for the lower end of the cooking time.
