Cajun Chicken Alfredo Wraps with Garlic Butter Parmesan

4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons garlic butter (melted)
Fresh parsley or chopped green onion (optional, for garnish)
Step-by-Step Directions

1. Cook the Cajun Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s fully cooked and golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and let it gently simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Combine Chicken and Sauce

Return the cooked Cajun chicken to the skillet.
Toss it in the Alfredo sauce until each piece is coated with creamy goodness.
4. Assemble the Wraps
Warm tortillas slightly so they’re pliable.
Spoon some of the Cajun chicken Alfredo mixture into the center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle mozzarella and extra Parmesan cheese over the top.
Roll tightly into a burrito-style wrap.
5. Toast with Garlic Butter
Brush the outside of each wrap with melted garlic butter.
Place in a dry skillet over medium heat.
Toast for 2 minutes per side until golden, crispy, and slightly cheesy on the outside.
6. Serve & Garnish
Slice wraps in half, sprinkle with fresh parsley or green onion, and serve hot.
