Ingredients
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream (optional, for creaminess)
1 tablespoon butter
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Chopped green onions or chives (for garnish)
Instructions:
Crack and Whisk:
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Add milk or cream (optional).
Whisk well until fully combined and slightly frothy.
Heat the Pan:
