No-Knead Bread Recipe

 
Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon instant yeast (or active dry yeast)

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

1 1/2 cups warm water (around 110°F or 45°C)

1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions:

Mix the Dough:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Add the warm water (and honey or sugar if using) and stir with a spoon until a shaggy dough forms. The dough will be sticky, which is fine.

Let it Rise:

Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap. Let the dough rise for about 12 to 18 hours at room temperature. The dough should double in size and have lots of bubbles.
