Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups

Ingredients
For the Lasagna:

9 lasagna noodles (cooked al dente)
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup shredded crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation crab)
For the Filling:

1 cup ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme mix)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Sauce & Topping:

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For Garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped
Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Pasta
Cook the lasagna noodles in salted water until just tender (al dente). Drain and lay them flat on parchment paper or a clean towel to prevent sticking.

2. Make the Seafood Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, shredded crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

3. Assemble the Roll-Ups
Spread 2 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
Take one lasagna noodle, spread about 2–3 tablespoons of the seafood filling evenly across it, then roll it up tightly.
Place the roll-up seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with all noodles.
4. Add Sauce & Cheese

Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the roll-ups. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
