Ingredients

For the Chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
For the BBQ Sauce:

1/2 cup smoky BBQ sauce
1 tsp honey
For the Sweet Ranch Crunch:

1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup crispy fried onions or tortilla strips
For Assembly:

4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños (optional)
Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil.
Season generously with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Grill or pan-sear the chicken over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
2. Make the BBQ Sauce

In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce with honey.
Toss the sliced chicken in the sauce until well coated.
3. Prepare the Sweet Ranch

Whisk ranch dressing with honey until smooth.
Keep the crispy fried onions or tortilla strips aside for crunch.
4. Assemble the Wraps
Place a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
